Residential Design
- Our design team will create a custom design tailored to our client’s needs discussed in the initial consultation.
- We are specialized in home renovation, kitchen & bath remodelling, custom interior or exterior design and decorating projects.
- Includes floor plans and space planning, curating material combinations for soft and hard finishes, planning interior details and colour palettes, and creating a project budget and a concept presentation with our design team.
Renovation Design Services
- This is where we source all the details to execute the client’s project vision. It includes sourcing and selecting finishes, fixtures, furniture, paint colours and all design details pertaining to the project.
- Our team manages the design project from concept to completion, using our streamlined processes and expertise.
- We provide specification guides, paint schedules for seamless communication with on-site trades, custom millwork drawings, interior elevations, electrical plans, and floor plans.
- Placing & managing orders, inspecting deliveries, site meetings and communication with trades/contractors or BTSH in-house trades.
