NOTE: Out-of-service-area fees may apply to clients outside of our standard service area of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph. These fees are calculated based on the distance from our office - please contact us for pricing.

BTSH Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any appointment with a BTSH team member. If less than 24 hours is provided, you will be billed 50% of the total appointment fee unless the time can be re-booked for another client.
Short-term rental Consultation
Includes 1-1/2 hour consultation, including written report of an existing or a future short-term rental property. At this consultation, we will review what is working, what isn’t, and any updates/repairs that should be addressed, as well as how to best layout the rooms, furniture selection, recommended amenities, etc. for ensuring that your rental property is equipped and ready for your guests. This can be a great Do-it-Yourself option or the first step to your full-service solutions.
NOTE: Consultation does not include furniture plans, shopping list, or reference images for finishes, furnishings, or decor - available for an additional charge
concept Design services
Provides a concept of the overall theme and style of the space through a visual pdf of inspiration images of furnishings, accessories, and other accents. Concept boards may be provided per room or per property.
Decor installation services
Not sure how to set up the your short-term rental unit? With our installation services, we will arrange the items that you have purchased for your space in order to properly showcase the space both for photos, as well as function. This may include decorative accessories, artwork, bedding, and small furniture. Not sure that you have everything that you need? We can help to fill in the gaps by selecting and purchasing the items on your behalf, or provide you with an outline of the missing items for you to purchase.
Decor installation services do not include furniture assembly or moving of large furniture items. Decor installation services do not include construction or permanent structure/finish installations. Pricing will vary, and will be billed hourly. Number of hours and number of team members required will affect pricing.

Rental reset services can be customized to your team’s needs, from on-site reset training, to checklist and training video creation.
strategic pricing analysis
With this, we will provide a market analysis and create a dynamic pricing strategy.
rental platform Listing creation
Includes the creation of your short-term rental on one (1) short-term rental platform (of your choice). Includes uploading photos, creating an engaging title, description, and setup of the dynamic details such as availability, access details, and more.

Photography consultation
Beyond The Stage Homes will schedule, coordinate, and oversee your photoshoot to ensure that the key photos are captured to highlight the features of your listing. Pricing does not include photographer services.
1 Month Listing Monitoring & Management
Receive 30 days of listing monitoring and post management, including tweaks and adjustments to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and ensure that your listing is receiving the maximum exposure.
Full-service
Our full service is exactly how it sounds - from concept to installation, and everything in between, plus photography, content creation for listing platforms, listing creation and upload (plus 1 month of monitoring), strategic pricing analysis, rental unit reset handbook, welcome book, and more. Each unit is unique, and full service quotes can only be provided following an initial consultation.
