Includes communication and scheduling of sub-contractors, assisted shopping, furniture selection and layout, project management, product sourcing and any other related services required. All design and decorating services begin with an initial consultation, billed for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours.

Interior Redesign Packages
Interior Redesign utilizes home staging techniques to give you a home made for living. From a simple walk-through, to full service, we have the package for you.
These packages are not intended for properties that require extensive updates but best for the homeowner that is looking for some basic ideas and guidelines to freshen up the space. Designed for homes that do not need to purchase many new items, but could use assistance maximizing what is already in the home.
Package 1 - Walk-Through Redesign Consult - $350
Includes a 2-hour walk-through consultation with BTSH Home Stager/Redesigner
The homeowner is responsible for taking notes during the consultation (summary notes available for an additional fee)
Package 2 - Mini Home Rehab - $600
*MOST POPULAR*
Includes a 3-hour action meeting with BTSH Home Stager/Redesigner
Utilizes existing furnishings and accessories throughout the home – Redesigner will assist the homeowner with moving and re-arranging small items and accessories
For large furniture moves, Redesigner will direct only - the homeowner is responsible for moving items, or BTSH can arrange and bill for movers.
Redesigner to provide a summary of next steps for homeowner immediately following consultation
Package 3 - Full-Service Redesign - $1500
Ideal for the homeowner that wants a detailed vision, complete with images, colour plans and to-do lists
Includes a room-by-room detailed design report (2-3 hours) identifying items to update and/or add to enhance each space (does not include floor plans)
Follow-up information and services
This package is intended for decorating and minor update recommendations only – not applicable for full design and renovation projects
Design or Redesign Meetings
Initial meetings billed a minimum of 1 1/2 hours, each additional hour and any follow-up notes provided at standard hourly rate. (Lead Designer/Consultant)

Enlist your expert BTSH home stager to source, select, and style the items needed on your behalf, from finishes to furnishings, we know all of the best places to shop. PLUS receive available discounts from our trusted suppliers*.
*BTSH qualifies for varying discounts at local suppliers - discounts are only available to BTSH team members and are not provided direct to clients without a BTSH team member present. For purchases made on behalf of the client, some additional fees apply - content for details.
Colour Consultation
1 hour colour selection, including painting plan outline with paint chips

NOTE: Out-of-service-area fees may apply to clients outside of our standard service area of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph. These fees are calculated based on the distance from our office. All pricing taxes extra.
*Multiple team members may attend meetings and service appointments if necessary and will be billed accordingly
BTSH Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any appointment with a BTSH team member. If less than 24 hours is provided, you will be billed 50% of the total appointment fee unless the time can be re-booked for another client.
