Outside of work, Nicole has a zest for outdoor living and loves spending time with two of her favorite people, her husband and her daughter, at their cottage up north. She is an avid scuba diver with a love of adventure. A self-proclaimed foodie, she can often be found planning and hosting the ultimate dinner party and enjoying good food with great friends.
